Job 1: Software Design Engineer

 

Job Description:

The Software Engineer is responsible for software design and development TV Application and tools. The candidate will work closely with the team lead and other software engineers in the team and will be responsible for:
- High level and detailed design documentation
- Coding and unit testing of features
- Root cause analysis and software error correction

 

Requirements:

1. BS or above, major in IT, CS, EE or related fields
2. With software development or application software experiences.
3. Strong programming background is required, including direct experience in C/C++ or Java.
4. Excellent organizational, English writing and communication skills.
5. Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and Windows based operating systems.
6. Excellent documentation and organization skills.
7. Perl, shell scripting skill is plus.
8. 1-2+ years of related experience preferred.

Job2: Service Engineer (Contractor)

 

Job Description:

- To receive service request from customer and deliver the service remotely.
- To regularly update the system data report.
- Daily operation of CSR helpdesk to ensure support service delivery in accordance with contractual agreement.
- To co-ordinate engineer to perform expected outcome
- Solves defined problems.

 

 

Requirements:

1. Adequate college degree.
2. 1 year experience from Customer Services is preferred.
3. Microsoft Windows, Office Tools and Web Site Administration qualifications.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English language.
5. Team work.
6. Proactive work attitude and like to take more responsibilities.
7. 具備丙種以上勞工安全衛生業務主管證照者尤佳

 

 

Job 3: Service Engineer

 

Job Description:

- To receive service request from customer and deliver the service.
- Provides technical service and support to new and existing customer networks – telecom and datacom.
- Plans, designs, troubleshoots and resolves problems in order to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
- Configures and integrates different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
- The technical development is rapid and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.

 

 

Requirements:

1. An academic degree minimum on bachelor level within relevant area, engineering (IT, telecom), or corresponding work experience.
2. 1 year experience from Customer Services is preferred.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English language.
4. Travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
5. Team work.
6. Proactive work attitude and like to take more responsibilities.
7. RF, GSM and WCDMS L1 protocol related experience ( prefer )
8. 具備丙種以上勞工安全衛生業務主管證照者尤佳

 

 

 

Job 4: Service Engineer (Contractor)

Job Description:
- Support customers maintenance of network elements
- Give technical assistance to customer
- Verify and distribute remedy or resolution
- Require to use necessary tools and methods to support customer
- Prepare technical reports upon request
- Join projects for solution implementation
- Co-ordinate support activities with operators' representative and maintains intimacy with customer

 

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge with UNIX.
2. Basic Network Management knowledge.
3. 1 year working experience is a plus.
4. Have customer service experience is a plus.
